Recipe: Protein Packed Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

This meal replacement smoothie burns fat, balances blood sugar, assists in healing the gut lining and tastes delicious! What more could you ask for? This is a great option for a post workout meal or a meal replacement.

Combine ingredients in blender on smoothie setting or for 45 seconds until smooth. Enjoy!

1 1/2 C cashew milk or your favorite non-dairy beverage (just check out that label first)
1 C of organic canned pumpkin
2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice (or more if you like it really spicey!)

1 scoop vital proteins collagen peptides
2 ice cubes
3 dates (optional)
